Coffees
What is Cold Brew Coffee?
“You start with your favorite beans, any will work as long as they’re already roasted. Grind them as coarse as you can into a tea bag, the sturdier the better so it will let the coffee steep. Tie it off and submerge it in cold water for 24 hours, a fridge will work perfectly fine. Then, you remove the bag and pour the coffee into your container of choice and voila, you have yourself some cold-brewed coffee. Additionally, if you want that signature smoothness, you can pour the coffee into an appropriate container, usually a keg, and pressurize it with some food-safe nitrogen, hook it up to your kegerator, and pour from a tap to get that beautiful cascading and can’t-beat flavor.”

The Benefits of Nitro
Creamy
The “Nitro” part of Nitro Cold Brew, refers to the nitrogen gas used. Similar to a stout beer, the nitrogen bubbles create a smooth and creamy texture.
Less Acidity
The cold brewing temperature reduces acidity and the nitrogen balances the coffee with a subtle sweetness.
More Caffeine
Since cold brew has a longer brewing time it naturally has a higher caffeine content than traditionally brewed coffee.

Hawaiian Coffees
100% Kona Coffee
Many coffees labeled as Kona are blends containing as little as 10% Kona beans while the remaining 90% can be filler beans from other coffee origins. Our Kona Nitro Cold Brew is 100% grown and roasted in the Kona region of Hawaii. This ensures that you will have the unique and authentic Kona taste that is so highly sought after.
